Our projects always start with a story

Awarded through a European tender, our project in Taranto’s Tamburi District focuses on transforming a degraded area into a vibrant ‘urban forestation’. This initiative integrates extensive phytoremediation with a public park, enhancing urban nature and community life.

Milan’s northwest is getting a green makeover with the Ex Trotto Milano (EXTM) urban regeneration project. The 130,000 sqm area in one of the city’s greenest residential zones will become a thriving metropolitan hub focusing on pedestrian-friendly living.

The actual landscape features of the Xiongan Area are the key elements of its future development. Under the title “Beyond the city: a new urban renaissance,” we envision the Xiongan future city generated by non-built space, where blue and green infrastructures are full of opportunities.

With CariGO GREEN3 the aim is to enhance the landscape, enhance the environment, and develop the cultural tourism sector of the Carso region.

A strategic plan for sustainable tourism

The Biotic Technology Park is a new innovation and research-oriented district, an extension of the historic Plano Piloto in Brasilia. In team with Carlo Ratti Associati and MIC, we elaborated virtuous solutions that provide high levels of accessibility and ensure the reduction of CO2 emissions, which is in line with our sustainability strategy.

The project to enhance the landscape at Ca’ Corniani develops the “strategy of reanimation” of the rural territory, integrating the current flourishing agricultural activity with extensive quality promotion interventions in the most extensive of Genagricola’s 25 agricultural companies.

The Masterplan for Palmaria envisions the requalification and enhancement of this unique territory, aiming to transform the island into a hub for new forms of hospitality and sustainable tourism.

A synthesis of historical and architectural tradition, Via Orti extends and completes the quadrilateral of the Orti di Milano (Milan Gardens) between Corso di Porta Romana and Viale Emilio Caldara. Cloisters, interior gardens, and ancient residences conceal the dual essence behind the rebirth of this vital urban space for Milan.

The project is intended as an opportunity to expand Porta Nuova’s polycentric system. Tertiary buildings and new housing facilities are thoroughly combined and integrated with the existing ancient residential buildings and open public areas

The main goal of the project Costermano sul Garda Environmental Excellence is to define a strategy that seeks to protect the landscape and qualify the open spaces of the municipal area in order to increase experiential tourism.
