Nikolas Neubert is a pioneering figure in AI-powered urban planning and digital urbandevelopment. As CIO, he will lead the charge in driving innovation within LAND branches, emphasizing the integration of artificial intelligence for climate-resilient urban development by combining digitalization with sustainability.
Neubert also assumes the position of Managing Director at LAND Research Lab GmbH, working alongside the existing team led by Andrea Balestrini, Director of Research.
