The project establishes a balanced relationship between private gardens and communal areas, creating a cohesive living environment. The inner courtyard is divided into distinct spaces, each offering unique qualities to enhance both privacy and interaction. The ground-floor gardens sit atop the underground parking, maximizing land efficiency while maintaining a natural atmosphere.
At the heart of the complex, the central communal area, “le cœur”, functions as a social hub, providing space for recreational activities, a playground, and shared gathering areas. A green “Passe-Partout” frame encircles the space, ensuring a natural transition between private and communal domains while reinforcing the landscape’s ecological role.
This design approach promotes sustainability, social well-being, and urban resilience, offering a model for integrating green infrastructure within residential developments.
