LAND Germany: Menna Adam Appointed as Business Unit Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Menna Adam as Director at LAND Germany, guiding the team on both German and international projects with her diverse professional and cultural expertise.

With extensive international expertise in architecture and environmental planning, Menna has built her career across Egypt, China, Saudi Arabia, and Germany. These diverse professional and cultural experiences not only honed her skills but also deepened her understanding of the different ways climate change impacts communities across continents. An awareness that sparked her passion for Landscape Architecture as a discipline capable of addressing both local and global challenges.

“My journey at LAND has been shaped by transforming ideas into meaningful places and by learning from the passion of my colleagues,” Menna reflects. “Engaging with diverse projects across different cultural backgrounds has challenged me to grow personally, broaden my perspective, and strengthen my vision. These experiences inspire me to lead with openness, creativity, and a deep belief in the power of landscapes to connect people.”

With a strong belief in the potential of urban spaces that are generative for their inhabitants and designed for long-term viability, Menna aims to foster more livable, greener cities by tackling social, environmental, and economic issues head-on, contributing to the development of sustainable urban environments.

“I am inspired by the creativity that emerges when working together as a team and aligning our vision with that of the client,” she continues. “My passion grows from transforming this shared dialogue into meaningful landscapes that reflect both collective imagination and long-lasting impact. My priority is to foster projects that Reconnect People with Nature in everyday life, while enjoying the creative journey together with our team. In Germany and beyond, I see the opportunity to grow our shared vision—building landscapes that unite ecological resilience with human connection.”

We warmly congratulate Menna on this promotion and look forward to continuing this journey together.
