LAND launches the first LAND Magazine!

As the transformation of one of Turin’s most beloved parks approaches completion, a renewed landscape strengthens the connections between people, Nature and the Po River. Led by LAND Italia and its partners, the project enhances the park’s ecological and social value while preserving its historical identity.

In a conversation with Jana Revedin, Global Award for Sustainable Architecture 2026 laureate Andreas Kipar traces his journey from gardener to landscape architect and urban designer, and the philosophy that has shaped his work: transforming grey industrial sites into green spaces where Nature, people and cities reconnect.

On the morning of Saturday 17 October, the Municipality of Lumezzane and LAND invited the community to an urban trek across Lumezzane, guided by the archaeologist Anna Lancini and closing with singer-songwriter Lorenzo Baglioni, to rediscover the city that was, is and will be.

Work continues on the 7,000 sqm therapeutic roof garden, with new planting, irrigation systems and preparations for the next stages of landscape implementation.
