Federico Bressanelli graduated in architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan, gaining first international experience in Lisbon, Portugal. Before ending the studies, he delved landscape architecture in depth, focusing on the relationship between urban and rural dynamics and the limits of development of cities. He maintains a teaching partnership with his alma mater while collaborating with LAND since 2017. He contributed to several important urban regeneration projects in Milan, including Porta Nuova and in particular Santa Giulia and MIND, the most innovative district of Europe, alongside overseeing construction sites such as Portello Park, Volvo Recharge Station and the renovation of public spaces of Piazza Vetra. His recent focus lies in international endeavors, including the award-winning Biodiversity Corridor in Montreal, and the Gavoglio Park – UNaLab Project – in Genoa, part of the European Horizon 2020 programme.
