The Arcore Water Park protects the area from flooding and allows people to enjoy a natural environment also designed for social and aggregation purposes. It is large natural reservoir, planted with hygrophilous vegetation species, capable of storing water up to a capacity of 14 thousand cubic metres and then slowly dispersing it. A green meadow on which one can safely walk in the absence of rain, is a symbol and landmark of the park itself.

Samara Green City responds to contemporary challenges by introducing Innovation with Nature. The project was awarded the first prize in an Open International Competition for the development of a master plan for the territory adjacent to the Samara Arena Stadium – one that may become one of the most significant locations in the city and the entire region. In team with Asadov Architects, Samara Technical University, MIC – Mobility in Chain, we developed a concept striving for a balanced and sustainable new Green City of Samara.

The redevelopment of the former Alfa Romeo area proposes a new urban district centered on an extensive green system. Anchored by an Urban Forest, the project regenerates fragmented territory, reconnecting it to the regional ecological network and transforming it into a multifunctional, climate-resilient, and socially inclusive metropolitan landscape.

In Milan’s metropolitan area, the Lura River Retention Basins address the growing challenge of climate-induced flooding. By transforming a once mono-functional agricultural space and low-value wooded areas between Lomazzo, Cadorago, and Bregnano within Lura Park, we’ve crafted flood mitigation basins and new riverbanks using nature-based solutions.
