When the Municipality of Venaria Reale approached us, the goal was ambitious yet clear: to place citizens at the heart of urban regeneration, addressing their evolving housing, work, cultural, and social needs while aligning with the principles of Agenda 2030.

Parco Portello in Milan, designed by Charles Jencks and LAND Italia, is a multi-level concept of urban regeneration. It is a sculptural gesture, full of opportunities not only for recreation, fun and sport, but also to reflect more deeply on the relationship between humankind and nature.

HeritACT, an initiative under the Horizon Europe program, transforms cultural heritage into a driver of sustainable urban development. By integrating placemaking strategies and innovative design solutions, the project fosters inclusive, community-driven regeneration across European cities, enhancing environmental resilience and cultural identity.

The Po delta, the reference area of the Consorzio Uomini Massenzatica (Consortium of Men of Massenzatica, CUM), is part of those “rural – peripheral” geographies that have been progressively marginalized over the years by the development process of the contemporary age. Our consultancy looks into the strategies to reverse that trend.

In the alpine context of Passeier Valley, three municipalities collaborated on a shared strategic masterplan to guide sustainable territorial development, aligning with provincial law and addressing both environmental fragility and socio-economic challenges through integrated planning and visionary spatial strategies.

The Parco Unione project addresses the dual identity of the Sesto San Giovanni area, bridging the historical urban fabric of ex-Falck industries with the marks of recent industrial transformations.

The Arcore Water Park protects the area from flooding and allows people to enjoy a natural environment also designed for social and aggregation purposes. It is large natural reservoir, planted with hygrophilous vegetation species, capable of storing water up to a capacity of 14 thousand cubic metres and then slowly dispersing it. A green meadow on which one can safely walk in the absence of rain, is a symbol and landmark of the park itself.

Furla Progetto Italia, is an industrial architecture and office project integrated into nature, where quality of workplaces and sustainability meet the landscape.

Casa di Langa is an eco-sustainable resort with the desire to connect to the surrounding landscape and encourage its exploration, to offer the guests a deep dive into nature and local culture.

The urban regeneration masterplan proposes a transformative vision: reimagining the Sesia river from a peripheral element to a central, vibrant landscape infrastructure.

LAND is part of an international team that has won a significant competition to realise Parco Romana, an urban redevelopment project in Milan’s Porta Romana district. This project respects the site’s industrial legacy while revitalising it with contemporary, sustainable programmes.

The proposal “Green connect” with a team led by Zaha Hadid Architects with local architects CLOUD architektai, engineers Sweco Lietuva UAB and LAND won the competition for the future railway station in Vilnius, Lithuania. The station makeover becomes an opportunity for urban regeneration in Vilnius.

The charging station is an “urban living room” that offers pleasant waiting and creates a “micro-landscape” within the city. The project aims to imagine a new model capable of dismantling the paradigm and aesthetics of traditional refuelling stations. A place to recharge both cars and people: “Plug-in Nature”

The goal of the Plan for Bolzano is a greener city that encourages contact between nature and citizens in and outside the city.

Isonzo XR is the third project of Digital Landscape, which develops the CariGO GREEN³ programme, after Carso 2014+ and Collio XR. It has combined nature, culture, and socio-economic development with the new evolutionary opportunities of the digital age.

The strategic environmental Masterplan of Lecco is a frame of reference for projects aimed at redeveloping the area and enhancing its natural resources. A system of green and blue infrastructures through which citizens will be able to enjoy and rediscover the identity and natural values of the area.

The project addresses the need to provide an outdoor space dedicated to open-air work and rest at the headquarters of Munich RE in Milan.

Samara Green City responds to contemporary challenges by introducing Innovation with Nature. The project was awarded the first prize in an Open International Competition for the development of a master plan for the territory adjacent to the Samara Arena Stadium – one that may become one of the most significant locations in the city and the entire region. In team with Asadov Architects, Samara Technical University, MIC – Mobility in Chain, we developed a concept striving for a balanced and sustainable new Green City of Samara.

The redevelopment of the former Alfa Romeo area proposes a new urban district centered on an extensive green system. Anchored by an Urban Forest, the project regenerates fragmented territory, reconnecting it to the regional ecological network and transforming it into a multifunctional, climate-resilient, and socially inclusive metropolitan landscape.

In Milan’s metropolitan area, the Lura River Retention Basins address the growing challenge of climate-induced flooding. By transforming a once mono-functional agricultural space and low-value wooded areas between Lomazzo, Cadorago, and Bregnano within Lura Park, we’ve crafted flood mitigation basins and new riverbanks using nature-based solutions.

CariGO GREEN3, Collio XR Gorizia, is an open-air laboratory for a sustainable development based on an experiential and interactive approach.
