LAND Italia strengthens its governance: Matteo Pedaso joins the Board of Directors

In his new role, Matteo Pedaso will take on responsibilities related to strategic development, working alongside Luisa Bellini in general management. He will focus on business development and external relations in support of the various Business Units of LAND Italia, with particular attention to consulting services, new markets, and the optimization of operational processes. He will also retain his position as Business Unit Director throughout 2025.

“I’m ready to take on this new challenge and contribute to strengthening LAND’s position in the Italian market by enhancing the best practices developed over 35 years of activity,” said Pedaso. “I’ll work alongside the Business Unit Directors to make our processes more efficient and guide future development with a Nature-Positive approach, building increasingly cohesive relationships with institutions, clients, partners, and local communities.”

An urban and regional planner, Matteo Pedaso has extensive experience in urban and environmental planning and design. He has led complex urban transformation processes, coordinated multidisciplinary project teams for territorial development, and provided strategic consulting on sustainable local development for public administrations and private sector stakeholders.
