LAND at the 10th edition of Myplant & Garden from 18 to 20 February

LAND will play a role in some key moments of the Exhibition that explore landscape as a cultural, social and wellbeing infrastructure, in dialogue with today’s urban transformations.

The programme opens on Wednesday, 18 February with A Green for Wellbeing. The path towards the Wellness City, the main event curated by Green City Italia and dedicated to explore the relationship between Nature, health and quality of life. In a context shaped by the upcoming Milano–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the event will bring together institutions, architects, experts of sport, wellbeing and nutrition to reflect on the role of widespread urban greenery in fostering physical, mental and social wellbeing. Among the speakers, Aurora Bosia, Landscape Architect at LAND Italia and skyrunner, together with Andreas Kipar, LAND’s CEO and President of Green City Italia.

On Friday, 20 February, other LAND speakers will contribute to the conference Landscape as Infrastructure, organised by PAYSAGE TOPSCAPE. The event proposes a multidisciplinary reflection on landscape design as a strategic device capable of integrating environmental, cultural and social dimensions. Starting from the Milano–Cortina 2026 experience and expanding to historic landscapes, former industrial areas and landscapes of care, the conference will feature contributions by Matteo Pedaso and Shirly Mantin of LAND Italia, focusing on new multifunctional landscapes. At the same time, landscape architect Sara Guerini will speak at the event Planning and Maintenance of Urban Green Spaces, organized by Sport&Impianti, discussing the integration of sport and landscape in urban parks. As a case study, she will present LAND Suisse’s project for the Parco dello Sport al Maglio in Lugano.

Friday will also be an opportunity to celebrate an important achievement: the City of Vercelli will be awarded Resilient City within the 2026 edition of La Città per il Verde Award, curated by the magazine ACER – Il Verde Editoriale. A new milestone for the project of Giro dei Viali: Garden Boulevard of Corso Garibaldi, recognised for its ability to combine public space quality, landscape protection and urban resilience. Ilaria Congia and other LAND representatives will attend the cerimony together with the institutions and receive the award.

Different moments, one shared vision: landscape as a driver of care, connection and transformation, capable of generating lasting value for cities and communities.
