Introducing Ecoverse: LAND launches a new AI platform for designing cities in harmony with Nature
Today, during Milan Design Week 2026, LAND officially launched Ecoverse – Design with Nature, a new platform integrating artificial intelligence, environmental analytics, and landscape design.
Presented at LAND’s Milan office, the launch brought together designers, innovators, researchers, and institutional representatives to explore how technology can expand our capacity to imagine, design, and manage the landscapes of tomorrow. External speakers included Luca Conti from E.ON Italia, Marco Mor from Vastint, Josef Nierling from Porsche Consulting Italia, Jörg Buck from AHK Italien, Giovanna Iannantuoni from University of Milan-Bicocca, and Edoardo Croci from Bocconi University.

Ecoverse is LAND’s new AI-powered Nature Intelligence Platform, designed to support designers, institutions, developers, and communities in designing with Nature. By combining artificial intelligence, environmental analysis, and landscape design, the platform transforms complex data into actionable insights, turning data into vision, and vision into measurable impact.

Operating in real time, Ecoverse connects design models, immersive environmental analytics, and interactive interfaces. It enables users to analyse environmental benefits of design scenarios, simulate future developments, monitor ecological performance over time, and communicate project impacts in a clear and accessible way.
By bridging disciplines and integrating technology within an immersive environment, Ecoverse introduces a new approach to landscape architecture, shifting from static representations to dynamic, measurable systems and supporting more informed, responsive decision-making processes.
