Gianluca Danzi

After graduating in sustainable and environmental architecture from La Sapienza University of Rome, I pursued a second-level master’s degree in Territory Management and Valorisation of Small Historic Centres, splitting my time between Rome and Madrid. My thesis focused on the regeneration of the territories surrounding Matera through sustainable tourism strategies. In 2021, I earned a PhD in Technology of Architecture, where my research centred on the circularity of materials and the use of bio-based materials in architecture. During my PhD, I conducted research on urban space regeneration and supported teaching in Landscape Design and Technology of Architecture courses at La Sapienza University of Rome.
