Margherita Bertolero

Holding a BA in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Milano and an MA in Politics, Philosophy, and Public Affairs from Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele. During my studies, I focused on political and moral theory, with a particular interest in ecological issues, especially around the social and environmental sustainability of cities. To dive deeper into this field, I completed an intensive course in Urban Studies at the University of Amsterdam.

My passion for this industry, combined with my love for the outdoors and my Italian-German upbringing, led me to find my professional path at LAND, which I joined in 2023. Since then, I’ve been involved in several tasks, such as project assistance on Heilbronn’s European Green Capital Award application, content creation for marketing and communication, and upscaling of our sustainable development and ESG Impact strategies.

Although I’m based in Milan, I often spend time in our Düsseldorf office, which allows me to stay connected to the diverse branches of our community.
