Marco Bonanno
LinkedIn (External Link)Born in Italy, licensed and registered Landscape Architect in Turin, Italy, he got a bachelor’s in agriculture at the University of Turin and then continued his education with a master’s degree in landscape architecture between the Department of Architecture and Design in Genoa and the Polytechnic University of Milan. After graduating he moved to the United Kingdom, where he has been working in large architectural and design firms, such as Foster+Partners. After 4 years abroad he returned to Italy to work for the Polytechnic of Turin on a research project, where he also started teaching in the planning course. Since the beginning of 2022 he has been working with LAND Italia, sharing the ambition of being able to reconnect people with nature. His expertise extends to coordinating and managing complex projects involving public and private clients, focusing on significant regeneration areas. In his capacity as a project manager, Marco oversees the project’s design vision, coordinates with external consultants, manages design teams, ensures the execution of deliverables with stringent quality control.
