I come from a business background and, before joining LAND, I led both corporate and family-owned companies across consumer goods, tech, and durables. I enjoy building clear, practical strategies, strengthening organizations, and creating environments where teams can perform at their best and work towards a shared goal.

On the personal side, I live near Düsseldorf with two teenagers at home, who keep my resilience and negotiation skills sharp every day. I enjoy travelling, staying active, and spending time with friends and family. I’m really looking forward to getting to know you all and working together on our mission of Reconnecting People with Nature.
