Our projects always start with a story

The Green Rays (Raggi Verdi) are an innovative urban regeneration strategy. By connecting the centre and the periphery through a system of green areas and soft mobility, the Green Rays increase urban permeability by fostering social cohesion and restoring the cityscape.

The project is located north of Naviglio Martesana, between the area of the metro line Milan / Cologno and Via Piave. It develops and inserts the new architectural building complex and the new viability of the sector, starting from the landscape with several kinds of parks.

The park on the ex-Breda industrial area site is an island without construction amid a sea of dense buildings. Established by a provincial bylaw, it is a green belt park whose realisation is now inseparable from the urban planning reorganisation of Milan’s North.
