The Diesel Headquarter in Breganze on a former industrial site leverages the site’s existing morphological features further enhanced by the landscape design.

Bicocca is the first and largest transformation of one of the vacated industrial areas in Milan. This project involves about 700.000 square metres of land that formerly housed the huge Pirelli industrial plants during the last century.

Located at 850 meters above sea level in the canton of Nidwalden, Waldhotel Health & Medical Excellence is set within a subalpine and lakeside landscape between the Alps and mountain prairies—a region celebrated as a holiday and spa destination since 1872. Building on this rich historical context, the project’s landscape design respects and enhances the natural terrain by incorporating alpine grasslands, coniferous and deciduous woodlands, and open clearings shaped by local pasturing activities.

The Rubattino Urban Recovery Program, launched in 1997, is a visionary urban and environmental redevelopment project that reimagines the 323,825 sqm area formerly occupied by Maserati’s industrial plants.
