T-Factor operates across six early-stage regeneration sites in Europe, leveraging temporary uses to activate public spaces and shape future urban development. By integrating cities, universities, businesses, and grassroots organizations, it promotes knowledge-sharing and best practices in urban transformation. With 25 international partners, T-Factor explores the role of Thematic Labs (T-Labs), covering areas such as Arts & Creativity, Urban Design, Circular Economy, and Climate Change. These multidisciplinary approaches contribute to policy innovation and help frame temporary urbanism as a structured process, bridging short-term interventions with long-term strategic urban development.
By engaging over 200 stakeholders in pilot sites, T-Factor fosters social inclusion, economic resilience, and sustainability. Through its international collaboration network, it provides a blueprint for rethinking urban regeneration strategies that integrate temporary uses as catalysts for lasting change.
