Our LAND Research Lab is developing an AI model for the identification and classification of vegetation using satellite and environmental data — another step toward unlocking new scales and new services in environmental analysis and design across the LAND Group.
The initiative marks a key milestone in our research journey, exploring how artificial intelligence can help us understand the landscape in new ways, making the performance of Nature visible and measurable. The last days the team gathered for our Algorithm Studio at our LAND Austria office in Vienna.
With them our #LANDAcademy fellows Marcos Navarrete and Bradley Manucha from Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia who are joining forces with our digital and environmental specialists.
