ULI Europe delegation at LAND

On occasion of ULI Europe conference, taking place from 11-13 June in Milan, a delegation of ULI members visited our office in Via Varese 16 for a nice warm-up and exchange on placemaking, landscape architecture and nature-positive cities.

In anticipation of the annual ULI Europe conference, 11-13 June 2024 in Milan, we had the pleasure of hosting some members of the Urban Land Institute council for a cheerful and inspiring warm-up encounter at our Milan offices. This was a wonderful chance for Andreas Kipar, together with Andrea Bulloni and Giuliana Bonifati, to highlight the importance of collaborating to invest in climate mitigation, biodiversity protection, and nature-positive urban development.

For the occasion, on Tuesday 11, we will also return to Piazzale Loreto, where Director Andrea Bulloni will be exploring our vision of improving the connectivity of the urban landscape through the recovery of soil and sociality within the neighbourhood.

His discussion with Michele Montevecchi from Nhood will focus on the participatory process of placemaking, highlighting the crucial importance of stakeholder and community engagement in best regeneration practices.

More info on the conference can be found here.

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a non-profit research and education organisation supported by its members, founded in Chicago in 1936. The ULI Europe Conference is a flagship real estate event that attracts more than 800 top professionals from across Europe and beyond.
