Andreas Kipar starts his contribution to GREEN, the special issue of Italian Arketipo magazine, as follows: ‘Today, talking about Landscape Architecture means developing a new design culture that respects the spaces of nature itself. The topic is crucial in the era we live through, characterised by rapid environmental, social and economic transformation. After decades of intense building activity, we have realised that the indiscriminate use of land is no longer sustainable, that a reversal in the relationship between man and the environment is necessary.’
