Pia Houben

One of the key insights I gained during my bachelor’s in Spatial Planning at TU Wien was the importance of prioritizing the protection of soil as a limited resource and understanding spatial development as a task of responsible planning. My growing fascination with green spaces and ecology never left me, which led me to pursue a master’s in Landscape Planning and Landscape Architecture at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. I’m now genuinely grateful to have found my place in this field and to be part of LAND. To me, nature has always been the most dignified protagonist on this planet.
