Chiara Stucchi

Chiara is a qualified Engineer graduated at Università degli Studi di Brescia in Architectural Engineering, with a specific interest on urban regeneration of brownfields and dismissed industrial buildings. After a first working experience in the Netherlands, during which she focused in open space design, she started collaborating with LAND with a specific attention to landscape planning and masterplans at the urban scale. Since 2021, she’s been working on Nardò Technical Center Industrial Development Plan, following the authorisation procedure for the masterplan approval, designing the renaturalization project that compensates for the masterplan interferences, and now developing the executive design for the renaturalization of over 500 hectares in Apulia Region.
