At the 2025 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, LAND and Porsche Consulting will unveil the groundbreaking "Nature-Factory Manifesto." This bold initiative envisions private companies transforming into “Factories of Nature,” embracing the role of resource producers rather than resource consumers. The event will take place at the Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel Belvédère on January 22nd, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM.

Turin: the new Parco del Valentino is unveiled to the city
Just a few months after the start of construction works, the opening of the first section on Viale Mattioli unveils the new face of Parco del Valentino. By removing asphalt, the park enhances its ecological productivity to provide citizens with visible and measurable sustainability benefits. Funded by National Recovery and Resilience Plan and part of a broader urban redevelopment project by the city administration, the regeneration of Turin's most beloved green space marks a significant step in the collaboration between the City of Turin and LAND for the transformation of the city and its territory.

#FromSandToSoil, exploring nature-positive approaches in Riyadh
Our Land, our Future. From December 2nd to 13th, the 16th Conference of the Parties (COP16) under the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the urgent issue of land degradation and drought. LAND participated in a high-level roundtable on sustainable urban transformation, alongside global leaders and members of the World Economic Forum Taskforce for Nature-Positive Cities.

Parco Schuster: nature supporting accessibility and social inclusion
The iconic park in the Ostiense district is the site of green Redevelopment initiatives in the areas adjacent to the Vatican and the Jubilee Basilicas, promoted by Società Giubileo 2025 S.p.A. as the implementing entity in preparation for the Holy Year. Through its regeneration, LAND aims to establish a new identity focused on social engagement and sharing, featuring educational and interactive activities, as well as multisensory pathways immersed in nature.

Trento, officially approved the Urban Green Plan developed by the Municipality of Trento in collaboration with LAND Italia and the University of Trento
The approval process for the strategic document resulting from the collaboration between LAND Italia - the firm led by Andreas Kipar, the Parks and Gardens Office of the Municipality of Trento, and the University of Trento, concluded on 4th December, after a process of engagement with the local community. As outlined in the guidelines of the Manifesto, its goal is to improve the quality of life for the residents of Trento by promoting environmental sustainability through the integration and enhancement of green spaces in the city.
