MIPIM Middle East to overlook Al Urubah Park in Riyadh
On 20–21 October 2026, LAND will be in Riyadh during the first edition of MIPIM Middle East, taking place directly in front of Al Urubah Park.
This month, MIPIM Middle East will overlook one of Riyadh’s future green-blue lighthouse landscapes: Al Urubah Park.
On 20–21 October 2026, the first edition of MIPIM Middle East will take place at the Sofitel Riyadh, directly overlooking the 75-hectare park designed by LAND and now coming to life after years of collaboration with Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Green Riyadh and AL-YAMAMA Company.
For LAND, Al Urubah Park goes beyond park design. The project brings together landscape architecture, digital design and the integration of the investment plots surrounding the park, connecting public space, urban development and long-term value creation.
This integrated approach reflects the role landscape can play not only in shaping high-quality public space, but also in supporting wider urban transformation and creating stronger connections between environmental, social and economic development.
During MIPIM Middle East, Jens Hoffmann, COO LAND, Nikolas Neubert, CIO LAND, and Ahmed Salem, Director LAND MENA, will be in Riyadh to meet partners, investors and stakeholders interested in the transformation of the city and the wider region.
Their presence will offer an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the future of real estate, landscape and urban development in Saudi Arabia, while sharing LAND’s experience on Al Urubah Park and on the relationship between public realm, digital design and investment-led urban transformation.
