Your responsabilities:

• Steering the project’s vision and execution.
• Engaging with stakeholders and clients.
• Overseeing project finances, timelines, and quality.
• Leading design and planning efforts.
• Team leadership and development.

Your profile:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading large urban scale regeneration projects, with a strategic approach to planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English; advanced Arabic skills desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and entrepreneurial thinking.
• High motivation, independence, and quick decision-making ability.
• Strong networking, commitment, and resilience.
• MENA work experience and Italian language proficiency are advantageous.
