Landscape Architect/Planner

Do you want to help shape the landscapes of the future? LAND is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect or Planner to lead nature-positive development projects across Italy and Europe, with a strong focus on ecosystem services and climate resilience. You will work with public and private clients in an international and multidisciplinary environment, contributing to innovative projects that redefine the relationship between cities, infrastructures, nature, and people. We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid working model based in Milan to support collaboration, creativity, and work-life balance. Native-level Italian, both written and spoken, is required.

What we expect from you

  • 3+ years of professional experience in project management
  • Coordination of project processes with multidisciplinary partners
  • High level conceptual and design skills from the local to the territorial scale
  • Very good knowledge of current environmental, planning law and permitting in Italy
  • Safe handling of software (including AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Suite, inDesign, Revit)

Qualifications

  • Completed master’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, planning or similar disciplines
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously
  • Excellent Italian and English skills in spoken and written form
