Content & Multimedia Specialist
At LAND, our Marketing and Communications Team is young, multicultural, and passionate about storytelling. We believe that our projects always start with a story and are now looking for a Creative Content & Multimedia Specialist to join us in Milan. If you have a degree in graphic design (or a similar field) and at least 3 years of experience in corporate or agency settings, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Bring our stories to life by creating engaging visuals, illustrations, and multimedia content.
- Design and produce high-quality social media content that aligns with LAND’s brand and marketing strategies.
- Edit videos and photos for promotional purposes, ensuring consistency with LAND’s visual identity.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots, from concept to post-production.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop creative ideas for digital storytelling.
- Assist with the recording and editing of interviews and other promotional footage for events or campaigns.
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in multimedia creation in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (specifically LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
- Experience in photography, videography, and post-production (Landscape photography will be considered as a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in Italian and English (German will be considered as a plus)
