Ethical Conduct and Integrity Policy

At LAND, our commitment to ethical conduct stems from our belief that design can be a positive force for people, places, and the planet. We act with integrity and transparency in all our decisions and partnerships, guided by our mission of “Reconnecting People With Nature” through landscape architecture, urban planning, and development to create resilient, sustainable, and future-proof cities and regions”.

Aims

We aim to: Conduct all our business and design activities with honesty, fairness, and respect. Foster a culture of ethical awareness among our community, clients, partners and collaborators. Integrate best practices in governance, sustainability, and social responsibility. Promote transparency, prevent corruption, and manage conflicts of interest responsibly. Protect the confidentiality of information and respect privacy. Provide clear mechanisms for raising and addressing ethical concerns.

Governance

This Policy is a resume of the LAND Group Global Guidelines for Ethical Conduct approved by LAND’s Board of Executives and implemented through internal procedures, training, and continuous monitoring. It is reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with LAND’s evolving sustainability and integrity objectives.
