Communications Intern / Working Student

We are looking for a Communications Intern / Working Student to support our young, multicultural team in Milan. If you’re passionate about communication, design, digital content, and want to grow your skills in a dynamic international environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Website Support

  • Assist with updating and maintaining content on LAND’s website.
  • Upload projects, news, and events under the guidance of the Communications Team.
  • Ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with our communication standards.

Graphic Design

  • Support the creation or adaptation of visual content using Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
  • Prepare visuals for social media, internal formats, presentations, and events.

PowerPoint Presentations

  • Assist in designing and updating project presentations, brand decks, and internal slides.
  • Adapt existing materials to ensure consistency with LAND’s brand identity.

Brand Asset Support

  • Help organize and manage internal brand assets and templates.
  • Ensure materials are updated, accessible, and correctly used across all offices.

Editing & Content Support

  • Support the team with basic photo and video editing, including trimming, color adjustments, resizing, and preparing assets for social media and internal formats.
  • Assist in organizing and adapting visual content collected during events, site visits, and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team to ensure edited materials follow LAND’s brand identity and are optimized for publication.

Internal Communication Support

  • Contribute to internal updates, intranet content, and storytelling moments about people and projects.
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal engagement activities.

LAND Newsletter

  • Support the preparation, formatting, and coordination of LAND’s bi-monthly newsletter.
  • Collect content, help assemble visuals, and ensure layout consistency.

Qualifications

  • Currently (or previously) enrolled in a university program (Communications, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or related fields).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
  • PowerPoint skills and attention to visual detail.
  • Strong writing and communication abilities in Italian and English (German is a plus).
  • Interest in branding, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn from a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work a minimum number of hours per week (flexible depending on university schedule).
