Educated in architecture and public space between Italy and the Netherlands, Valeria Pagliaro works at LAND since 2006, became partner in 2016. She participated to Milan’s evolution into a vibrant European city leading several major urban regeneration schemes, and delivered projects of excellence to communities in Rome, Naples, Catania, Moscow, and the Corridor de Biodiversitè de Saint-Laurent in Montreal, Canada awarded with two top national distinctions.

Her experience is focused on imagining, modelling, and building the cities and territories of our future working on nature-positive urban plans, mobility corridors, energy landscapes, territorial valorization, brownfield redevelopment and environmental reclamation. She cooperates with international, multi-disciplinary teams and engages with a broad range of stakeholders with a holistic approach that is essential to the success of her projects.

In Canada she is committed to deploy nature-driven strategies to tackle the current extraordinary urban growth of settlements and infrastructural networks while taking bold climate action.
